Sharon Lamerton

Legal Executive (Education and Community Care)

Sharon Lamerton specialises in Community Care and Education law. She worked in private practice for 13 years specialising in family law and civil litigation. More recently she worked for the Local Authority along with Miranda Lawrance-Owen as a job-share team specialising in Community Care and Education. Sharon has set up a monthly surgery at MIND Oasis providing advice. At Devon Law Centre she advises on a variety of community care issues including assessments, services, adaptations and equipment, and on a variety of education issues such as school admissions, exclusions, bullying and special educational needs.
