Community Care

If you have a problem with the provision of services in the community by a Social Services or Health Care Authority, for example, if you need help in making a claim about failure to provide services or facilities to the sick, elderly or those with disabilities, we can help.

For advice on all community care matters, please contact Miranda Lawrance-Owen or  Sharon Lamerton.

You do not have to live in Devon to use our service but if you are outside the South West you may prefer to use a law centre nearer to where you live or work. Click here for information about other law centres.

To be eligible to use our service your gross income must be less than £2288 per month, your disposable income after deductions such as housing costs must be less than £621 per month, and you must not have more than £3000 in savings. If you are not eligible to use our service, information regarding other possible sources of advice can be found by clicking here.
